1. Introduction

Welcome to IdentityHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IdentityHub platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Saposs, located at Elisabeth-Feldhaus-Strasse 5, 49809 Lingen (Ems), Germany.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using IdentityHub, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at hello@identityhub.tech if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Description of the Service

IdentityHub provides an identity and authentication platform that allows you to create hosted login pages, manage end-user authentication (email/password, Google OAuth, Dropbox OAuth), issue signed RS256 JSON Web Tokens, and configure webhooks for your applications ("Identities").

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or impose an unreasonable load on our systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
  • Collect or harvest personal data of other users without their consent.

6. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of any data and content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to operate and improve the Service. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Data Processing (For Your End Users)

When your end users sign up through your hosted login pages, IdentityHub processes their authentication data on your behalf. You are the data controller for your end users' data and are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent and compliance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).

8. Pricing and Payments

  • IdentityHub offers a free tier and paid plans. Plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis via PayPal.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored for the remainder of the current billing period.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep IdentityHub available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including trademarks, logos, software, and documentation) are owned by Saposs. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

11. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time from the dashboard settings or by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data within 30 days of account closure unless retention is required by law.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saposs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saposs and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
